About

Powerful yet Simple Microbiome Profiling

In recent years, the study of microbiomes and their numerous connections to human health has emerged as one of the most exciting and groundbreaking scientific fields. As a result, many tools, packages, and pipelines have been created for the purposes of microbiome profiling and analysis. However, these tools often require high-performance computing facilities, software package installation, or prior command-line programming awareness. CCMP (Cloud Computing for Microbiome Profiling) was thus created to combine the analytical power of current microbiome analysis tools with a user-friendly interface. Simply log in with either Google Drive or Globus, upload your 16s ribosomal RNA sequence sample files (FASTQ/FASTA) into specific groups, and CCMP will produce a comprehensive profile of your data.
